Square Cooling Towers

In this type hot water to be atomized ejected through the nozzle and thoroughly mixed with air and resultant better performance.  These towers were manufactured with   latest technology using Computer based design techniques.  Stationery non-clog nozzle for easy maintenance.  PVC fills for larger contact surface area.  Weather proof IP 55 Flange motors with extended shaft.  Auto fill float.  It is more suitable for multi cell operation to handle large volume of water.

LOUVERS : 

Aerodynamically designed air inlet louvers made of extruded PVC for least water losses.

 

ADVANTAGE OF SQUARE TYPE COOLING TOWER :

Fixed PP non clog type virgin quality nozzle atomized (sprays) the hot water broken into smaller particles there itself cooling takes place.

There are no such hassels, no moving parts, nozzles are virgin materials with wall thickness of 8mm long lasting for 4 to 5 years, totally non clog type design with ¾ inch inlet and 8mm outlet.
Absolutely no maintenance required.

Evaporation loss will be well controlled by the PVC Drift Eliminators.
Drift eliminators made out of PVC honey comp structure in construction packed tightly above the nozzle area gives smooth path to the air flow and restricts the water vapour carry over with hot air, results evaporation loss will be much lesser.

There is no such arrangement required.
